DM Burke Solicitors are delighted to announce that we have now opened new offices at 1 Upper New Street, Wicklow Town.
“I started off my professional career – 23 years ago! – working in the Legal Aid Board in Wicklow Town, and afterwards in private practice in Wicklow,” says Deirdre Burke, principal of the practice. “So in many ways Wicklow is not new to me, and I’m delighted with the welcome back I have received from local colleagues.”
“The new office is in a central location in County Wicklow, and improves my ability to serve clients across the entire county of Wicklow, while continuing to serve Arklow and Dublin-based clients. It is also easier for attending north and south County District Courts; Legal Aid Board and Pobal meetings in Dublin; and attending the Law Society, where I am a member of the Family Law Committee.
“I specialise in all areas of Family Law, including Divorce, Separation, Custody, Access and Maintenance, and these will continue to be our main areas of work,” says Deirdre. With over 20 years’ experience, Deirdre has a strong and proven history in the area of family law and civil litigation. She is also a trained Family Law Mediator and a passionate advocate of using mediation to keep family law cases out of court as far as possible.
“But we will also be meeting our growing demand for expert professional advice and services in the areas of Personal Injury Law, Conveyancing and Probate, and are happy to arrange an appointment with new clients to discuss their needs.”
